Widener Partnership Charter School

The Widener Partnership Charter School provides Widener students with the opportunity to participate and get involved inside and outside the school to give their service to the community. It gives students that are majoring in education a chance venture inside the classroom and observe what they are going to be doing in only a few short years. Future nurses can also get a feel as to what they will be looking forward to by helping out in the nurses office.

This charter school educates elementary students from K-5th grade. The goal of this school is to educate each and every student in the way that they will become component, self-motivated, and lifelong learners. The program not only focuses on how a child learns, but it focuses on the whole child as well. There is a ratio of 17 to 1 students to teacher in each class allowing for more personal attention with each child. Widener wants what is best for the students and their education. By building this new establishment, it is doing a stellar job at proving that.
